Our Customer Relationship Team have over 75 years of experience & is made up of 3 people;
Rob - Customer Relationship Manager
Spending his first 5 years working on site building houses, Rob has first hand experience of the challenges faced by today’s trades. Following this Rob spent 25 years’ driving our HGV crane lorries, delivering and talking to customers every day. Currently, Rob spends most of his day on the roads, popping in to see customers, delivering little bits & pieces to keep customers jobs moving.
Nigel - Key Account Manager
Nigel has spent the last 20 years within builders merchants, managing branches & working closely with his customers. He joined Chandler Materials in the summer of 2022 to head up our CRM team & make sure our customers get the 1-1 support they need. On a typical day Nigel can be found in the BM sales office taking off plans for our customers & compiling quotes.
James - Building Materials Salesperson
James worked in the wholesale industry before joining us at Chandler Materials in 2017. He started his Chandler journey in our yard as a supervisor. In the summer of 2022 James transitioned to our BM sales team, learning the ropes & working closely with Nigel & Rob straight away. On a standard day you can find James liaising with Rob, working on plans & quoting customers.
Together our team are here to help, whether it's a small extension or a new build, we can take off a full list of materials, including block & beam floors & roof trusses. Our team will then help you to get the right materials to complete the job at the right time.
